Our History
Jumbo Foods was established in 1987 by Pat Blevins & his wife Janice. Pat had 21 years of experience in the grocery business.
Pat & Janice had three children Pam, Gerald, & Mike who became part of the family business managing and running the operations.
Jumbo Foods has been a contributing factor for the Enid Oklahoma community and surrounding areas as a stable workforce with over 300 employees.
An ESOP Company
In 2008, Jumbo Foods became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) establishment, which means the employees have ownership in the company.
Each eligible employee is provided a retirement account, fully funded by the company. Each ESOP participants growth of their retirement account is directly impacted by the company’s overall success.
Customer Service & Community
Jumbo Foods, through tough times of inflation, recession, and competition, has continued to successfully stand with the support of loyal customers and employees. One of the many reasons for Jumbo’s success, is customer service. All employees strive to meet any and all requests, great & small.
